Shipping & Returns
Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. Your orders will be shipped with United States Postal Services. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Orders are generally received within 1-4 business days depending on where you are located.
*** For logistic reasons, our ceramic mugs are printed on demand with our partner company in Georgia. On average, our mugs are printed and sent out within 2-3 business days of the order and will be shipped separately. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been sent out.
All international shipments will take 1-3 business days to process and will also ship through USPS. International shipments can take up to 14 business days. USPS tracking usually stops once the package has left the United States. Packages continue to their destination, but sometimes the package will look like it is "stuck" in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations around the world, the package will show as "delivered", but all that means is that it has arrived at your local carrier and should be out for delivery within a day or two. Please allow the full 14 business days for international shipping. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis so please, email us at email@example.com first, explaining your need for a refund and to get refund approval before sending your product back. You have 30 days to contact us to be eligible for a return and the item you are returning must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
